Following our announcement on May 3rd that we have secured funding from Columbia Capital via their investment in 2014 & 2015 Microsoft US Partner of the Year New Signature, we have more exciting news: we have rebranded!
As of July 10th 2016, Dot Net Solutions has officially become New Signature.
Consolidating our brands together under a shared vision will enable us to grow, not only in our respective UK and North American markets, but also worldwide. This will allow Dot Net to further develop its current markets, pursue strategic acquisitions, and to broaden and deepen existing capabilities. Having one global brand will allow us to share capabilities across the two locations, whilst maintaining the Dot Net ethos and local operating model as New Signature in the UK.
Dot Net’s Founder, Dan Scarfe, said that “we are looking forward to our future, leveraging the New Signature brand while maintaining the management structure and UK operating model which has made us so successful as Dot Net. The close alignment between the two businesses will be seamless with a combined brand, values and go-to-market activities.”
“We have over the last decade created a client focused dedicated Microsoft cloud technology partner in the UK as Dot Net. We now aim to extend our capabilities to provide the same services as part of a larger team across the UK, North America and eventually Europe as New Signature”, commented Paul Cosgrave, Managing Director. “The funding we have secured will allow us to accelerate our growth in the UK and add to our exceptionally talented team.”
Jeff Tench, CEO of New Signature, added, “Our vision of building a global Microsoft partner, focused on delivering transformative customer solutions, is being fully realised as we take this step to unify under one brand. The capabilities of this award-winning team fit perfectly within our business and we are pleased to officially welcome them to New Signature.”
We are extremely proud of the significant growth that our company has achieved in such a short period of time, and we are very excited for this next step in what is another important landmark in Dot Net’s history.
From all of us at Dot Net, we are delighted to sign off this blog as New Signature.
